ENCTS passes are not valid for free travel on this service for journeys starting in North Yorkshire.

Dales Rovers are valid throughout service 830.

Northern Dales Explorer Tickets are valid between Richmond and Ribblehead on Northern Dalesman service 830.

One Way 1 tickets for young people are valid on service 830, except between Middlesbrough, Darlington and Richmond.


Buses operate on Mondays to Saturdays between Richmond, Reeth and Keld on Swaledale Shuttle service 30.



The Northern Dalesman service is operated by Arriva North East and Preston Bus

under contract to the Dales & Bowland Community Interest Company.
